Our Story
Founded in 1985 by the Rossi family, Laurent has been serving authentic Italian cuisine for nearly four decades. What started as a small family restaurant has grown into a beloved dining destination, while never losing sight of our commitment to traditional recipes and warm hospitality.
Our head chef, Marco Rossi, learned the art of Italian cooking from his grandmother in Tuscany. Every dish we serve carries the essence of those time-honored traditions, prepared with the same love and attention to detail that has been passed down through generations.
